General Provisions

1. By joining the Server, the user accepts all provisions of these rules.
2. These rules exist to preserve order, fair play and a safe environment for every participant.
3. The Administration reserves the right to change these rules at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published. Continued use of the Server means acceptance of the updated rules.
4. Not knowing these rules does not exempt any user from the obligation to follow them.

Gameplay Rules

1. Every participant must act according to fair play principles, protect the integrity of the game and respect the rights of other players.
2. Exploiting game errors, bugs or exploits is strictly forbidden. If a player discovers an error, they must immediately report it to the Administration.
3. The use of any external software that can modify or interfere with the game, including bots, cheats and macros, is forbidden. Violating this rule may result in an immediate permanent account ban.
4. Impersonating other players or members of the Administration, in game or in server-related communication, is forbidden.
5. Players must remain honest toward other players and the Administration. Any form of fraud or deception will be punished severely.
6. Each account is assigned to one user. All actions performed on an account are treated as actions of its owner. The Administration is not responsible for consequences caused by account sharing, including sanctions applied because of improper use by third parties. Attempts to bypass this rule may lead to account suspension or ban.
7. A player may own any number of accounts, but may actively use a maximum of three at the same time. Playing on more than three accounts simultaneously is forbidden and may lead to sanctions, including temporary or permanent bans. The Administration reserves the right to monitor and enforce this restriction to preserve fair gameplay.

Behavior and Communication

1. Every participant must maintain an appropriate level of personal conduct.
2. Harassment, insults, discrimination and toxic behavior are forbidden.
3. Impersonating staff members or any other people holding server roles is forbidden. This violation is treated very seriously and punished severely.
4. Promoting other servers, websites, products or services without prior approval from the Administration is forbidden.
5. Vulgar, obscene, racist, erotic or political content is forbidden. This applies to character names, guild names, pet names, account descriptions and any content posted through communication channels.
6. Actions intended to disturb other users' gameplay, including griefing or trolling, are treated as serious rule violations.
7. Any discussion, announcement or proposal involving the exchange of items, accounts or in-game currency for real money is strictly forbidden. Trading for accounts or goods outside the Server is also forbidden. Any mention of RMT, or Real Money Trading, may lead to an immediate account ban. This rule protects fair gameplay and the community from fraud.

Sanctions and Enforcement

1. When rules are violated, the Administration reserves the right to apply disciplinary measures, including warnings, temporary or permanent account bans, chat restrictions, removal from the Server and any other measures proportional to the violation.
2. A sanctioned player may submit an appeal through the ticket system. The Administration's decision after reviewing the appeal is final.
3. Attempts to bypass sanctions, especially by creating new accounts, will lead to harsher punishment, including permanent bans on all associated accounts.
4. Publicly discussing or challenging Administration decisions on open communication channels, including in-game chat, is forbidden. Questions about staff actions must be handled individually through the ticket system.

Privacy and Security

1. Players must be careful with their personal data. Publishing private information, whether their own or belonging to others, including addresses, phone numbers, financial data and similar information, is forbidden.
2. Attempts to obtain personal data or violate another user's privacy are treated as serious violations and may lead to an immediate account ban.
3. Publishing malicious software, unauthorized links or any content that may threaten users is strictly forbidden and subject to immediate sanctions.

Administration Actions and Technical Support

1. The Administration makes every effort to keep the game running without interruptions, but is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues, server failures, hacker attacks or other circumstances beyond its control.
2. All technical problems, game errors and rule violations must be reported through the ticket system.
3. The Administration reserves the right to intervene in the game whenever necessary to maintain order or respond to reports of rule violations.
4. The Administration reserves the right to introduce changes essential to server development, balance improvements and the overall gameplay experience. These changes may affect mechanics, items, characters, systems and other game aspects. Players accept that such changes may influence their playstyle, strategy or the value of their items. The Administration is not responsible for losses caused by updates, game mechanic changes or consequences of adapting to new gameplay conditions.

Advertising and Promotional Content

1. Advertising other servers, games, websites, products or services without prior approval from the Administration is forbidden.
2. If a user wants to promote their own content, such as a YouTube channel, they must obtain prior approval from the Administration.

Rule Changes

1. The Administration reserves the right to change these rules at any time without prior notice.
2. Information about changes will be published on the appropriate communication channels. Using the Server after changes are introduced means acceptance of the updated rules.

Griefing and Specific Gameplay Cases

1. Disconnecting from another game client while in combat is forbidden.
2. Disconnecting by chat spam while in combat is forbidden.
3. Disconnecting by private message spam while in combat is forbidden.
4. Disconnecting through Task Manager while in combat is forbidden.
5. Disconnecting by shutting down the computer or unplugging the internet connection while in combat is forbidden.
6. Sending trade requests during leveling, boss fights or PvP is allowed and can be blocked from the game options.
7. Using skills when another player wants to disconnect, including ninja bow attacks, is allowed. The affected player may use the restart in town option.
8. Shortening a skill animation by mounting a horse, such as Aura, is allowed.
9. Shortening a skill animation by changing weapons is allowed.
10. Entering polymorph while Aura is active is allowed.
11. Equipping the fishing rod while Aura is active is allowed.
12. Dispelling magic is reviewed case by case. If used to take over a leveling spot, it is allowed. If it is clear obstruction, it is forbidden.
13. Stealing seals in Demon Tower is forbidden.
14. Moving or pulling away a spot in Demon Tower is allowed.
15. Entering textures by changing armor is allowed.
16. Moving or pulling monsters away is allowed.
17. Luring monsters onto another player with buff, ring or flag is forbidden and requires video proof.
18. Shortening a mounted hit is allowed.
19. Teleporting to Map 1 above level 70, or through Red Forest below level 70, is allowed.
20. Bombs in shops are allowed, but caution is recommended.
21. Teleporting spouses at the same time is allowed.
22. Transferring branches and dropping new ones is allowed.
23. Blocking monsters against a wall or stone is allowed.
