Important

Account & Security

  • You are responsible for your own account, characters, items, and login data.
  • Do not share your password or account access with other players. Shared accounts are handled at the owner's risk.
  • Staff members will never ask for your password, warehouse password, or private account data.
  • Use a valid email address. It is required for password recovery and account security.
  • Lost items or accounts caused by sharing login data may not be restored.

Ban Risk

Fair Play

  • Cheats, bots, macros, auto-farm tools, packet editors, speed hacks, and third-party automation are forbidden.
  • Using bugs, exploits, map glitches, item duplication methods, or unintended mechanics is forbidden.
  • If you discover a bug, report it privately to the staff team instead of using it or spreading it.
  • Multi-account abuse may be restricted during events, rewards, votes, or any competitive activity.
  • Any attempt to bypass server protection, cooldowns, or reward limits can lead to sanctions.

Warning

Gameplay Conduct

  • Normal competition, PvP, and farming conflicts are part of the game, but intentional harassment is not allowed.
  • Do not repeatedly block NPCs, portals, spawns, metin stones, bosses, or event areas to disrupt gameplay.
  • Do not intentionally lure monsters to ruin another player's gameplay for an extended period.
  • Do not abuse safe zones, map borders, terrain, or monster behavior to gain unfair advantages.
  • Staff may intervene when gameplay behavior becomes clearly abusive or disruptive.

Mute/Ban

Chat & Community

  • Racism, hate speech, threats, harassment, sexual content, and extreme toxicity are not allowed.
  • Do not spam chat, flood private messages, or advertise unrelated servers, websites, or services.
  • Do not impersonate staff members or pretend to have staff authority.
  • Do not spread false information about bans, staff decisions, server security, or other players.
  • Keep public channels readable and respectful. Arguments should not become server-wide disruption.

High Risk

Trading & Economy

  • Scamming, fake trades, fake middleman services, and intentional trade deception are forbidden.
  • Real money trading outside official systems is not supported and may lead to account penalties.
  • Chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or attempts to exploit payment systems can lead to permanent restrictions.
  • Always verify trade windows carefully. Staff may not restore losses caused by careless trades.
  • Economy manipulation through exploits, duplicated items, or automated farming is forbidden.

Reward Removal

Events & Rewards

  • Event rules announced by staff must be followed during that event.
  • Abusing event mechanics, alternate accounts, vote rewards, redeem codes, or daily rewards is forbidden.
  • Rewards obtained through abuse may be removed without compensation.
  • Staff may disqualify players who disrupt events or attempt to gain unfair advantages.
  • Event decisions are final unless clear evidence of a mistake is provided.

Case Review

Guilds, PvP & Wars

  • PvP rivalry is allowed, but targeted harassment outside normal gameplay is not.
  • Guild wars, raids, and conflicts must not involve exploits, bugged terrain, or external tools.
  • Do not use alternate accounts to manipulate guild rankings, events, or competitive outcomes.
  • Repeated abuse of mechanics in PvP areas may be reviewed by staff.
  • Evidence such as screenshots or videos helps staff evaluate PvP-related reports.

Staff Decisions & Reports

  • Reports should include clear evidence: screenshots, videos, dates, character names, and context.
  • Do not abuse the report system with fake evidence or revenge reports.
  • Staff decisions are based on logs, evidence, and the impact on the server.
  • Publicly attacking staff members or pressuring decisions through spam may result in sanctions.
  • If you disagree with a decision, use the proper appeal channel and remain respectful.
